Manaseer Group, Jordan’s integrated industrial group, employs more than 10,000 people and operates across energy, mining, industrial minerals, building solutions, and agritech, among others. In October 2025, the group acquired Al Quds Development and Investment Company, owner of Luminus Technical University College and Luminus Technology. In the same month, ASE-listed subsidiary Afaq for Energy- Manaseer Oil & Gas acquired Central Gas, extending the group’s fuel distribution network across Jordan. In December 2025, the group’s subsidiary, Manaseer Industrial Complex acquired LafargeHolcim’s 50.3% stake in the Jordan Cement Factories Company.
