Naif Alrajhi Investment is a Riyadh-based investment group with interests spanning real estate development, capital markets, mining, logistics, media, and hospitality. The group is a major shareholder in three listed companies: Alkhaleej Training & Education, Sinad Holding, and Morabaha Marina Financing Company (MRNA). In May 2025, it launched a closed private real estate fund valued at $453.3 million with Aljazira Capital to develop projects in Riyadh and Jeddah. In November, it signed an MoU with Morocco’s Ministry of Tourism and SMIT Morocco to develop Tangier's Mediterranean City.
