YBA Kanoo Group is a Bahraini diversified conglomerate founded in 1890. The group operates through seven strategic business units spanning global investments, ventures, travel, shipping, logistics, real estate, industrial and energy, employing more than 3,000 people. In September 2025, Fawzi Ahmed Kanoo was appointed chairman, succeeding the late Khalid Mohamed Kanoo.
