Alshamlan became KFH’s Group CEO in January 2025, after serving as CEO for KFH Kuwait since August 2023. KFH Group operates across 10 countries, with more than 600 branches and over 18,000 employees. In Q1 2026, the group reported $713.8 million in net income and $141.9 billion in total assets. In January 2026, KFH issued a $1 billion Senior Unsecured Sukuk with a five-year tenor under its $4 billion Sukuk Program. Alshamlan also serves as chairman of KFH Capital and is a board member of KFH – Bahrain.
