Koudsi founded the organization as Country Pharmacy in Dubai in 1978, which evolved into NCH in 1990. It operates in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and wellness industries. It has also established a brand presence in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and Jordan, and registered 27 SKUs across brands including NOW, Enzymedica, and Chiesi in the GCC in 2025. In November 2025, NCH inaugurated a warehouse spanning over 3,400 square meters in the UAE. Koudsi is among the first 100 pharmacists to be licensed by the UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention.
