Gam joined Cytopharma in 2018. Cytopharma was founded in 2011, becoming the first entirely dedicated manufacturer and marketer of generic cytotoxic drugs. During 2025-26, it launched the CytoIdra 4.0 program, accelerating its manufacturing digitalization. It also launched one of its major products in Spain and increased its manufacturing capacity by 30% to adapt to German market entry. It currently has new plants under construction in Saudi Arabia. Gam also sits on boards of Julphar and Orchidia Pharmaceuticals, and is president of Tunisia Health Alliance.
