Sahni and Karadag cofounded Valeo Health in 2021 with Jamie Richards and Ankur Majumder. Valeo Health offers technology-enabled healthcare platforms. From January 2025 till date, Valeo expanded its operational footprint from two healthcare facilities to eight across Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Riyadh, and Dubai. In 2026, it surpassed the one million diagnostic tests milestone across the region. Sahni was also cofounder at Lazada, an e-commerce company in South East Asia which was acquired by Alibaba for $3 billion. Karadag was a director in the portfolio management team at Growthgate Capital.
