Moulavasilis joined M42 as COO in 2023 and was appointed group CEO in May 2025. In June 2026, M42’s Insights Research Organization and Solutions partnered with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) and Halia Therapeutics to launch the UAE’s first genomics-driven clinical trial, and partnered with Arcera to advance biopharma localization and innovation in Abu Dhabi. In April 2026, its renal care business, Diaverum, completed the acquisition of four clinics in Brazil, and inaugurated the Abu Dhabi Biobank with the DoH. Moulavasilis also serves as CEO of M42’s Global Patient Care platform of 480 clinics across 27 countries serving 15 million patients annually.
