Aldhaheri assumed his current role as CEO of Daman in 2024, after serving as acting CEO since 2023. Daman, the insurance arm of PureHealth, grew its active memberships to 3.3 million in 2025. It also supports national programs like Thiqa and the Basic Health Insurance Plan with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. In 2025, Daman launched its Property & Casualty business expanding beyond health insurance. Aldhaheri is also vice chairman of the Emirates Insurance Federation and a board member at the Emirates Institute of Finance and Nebras Open Finance.
