Hosni has been at the helm of Jamjoom Pharma since 2021. In April 2026, it acquired the Pfizer facility in Saudi Arabia, its fifth manufacturing facility across MEA, with a total annual production of around 200 million units and a portfolio of nearly 150 brands. In two decades, the company’s treatments have reached about 1.5 billion patients. In October 2025, the company partnered with Lifera, a PIF company, and in July 2026, Jamjoom Pharma signed a shareholders’ agreement for a 49% stake in a new joint venture with Lifera to establish vaccine and biologics manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. In H1 2026, it made $247 million in revenues. Hosni previously served as a regional president at Pfizer globally.
