Al Khoori has chaired RPM since February 2024, overseeing its 15 subsidiaries and joint ventures (JVs) across the Middle East, Europe, India, and the UK. RPM became the first private healthcare provider to undertake the full emergency medical services operation for the Hajj 2026, mobilizing more than 6,000 healthcare personnel and 300 ambulances in coordination with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and the Ministry of Health. In H1 2026, it made $106.2 million in revenues. Al khoori is also a board member at Burjeel Holdings, and Amanat Holdings, and chairman of Keita Catering.
