Tanli assumed his current position in 2023. In 2025, he led MGB’s first international office in Saudi Arabia. In October 2025, the company partnered with state-run Health Holding Company to advise on implementing an integrated healthcare model across Saudi Arabia’s health system. Tanli is also the founder and board member of Diginova Health and Mintea Health. In the GCC, he previously held leadership roles at Harvard Medical International where he helped set up Dubai Healthcare City, and at Houston Methodist.
