Berro joined Roche in 2003 and became regional leader in 2019. In December 2025, Roche partnered with the Saudi Health Council to support national efforts in raising public awareness, building healthcare capabilities, and developing policy and systems in the Kingdom. In 2025-26, it established a formal partnership with government hospitals in Bahrain, launched a new regional office in Oman, and introduced AI-powered diagnostic tools for early cancer detection in Iraq, among other initiatives. Roche’s EMEA sales increased by 6% in 2025. Berro is a member of the Middle East Inclusion & Diversity Council, and the Healthcare Committee of the International Women Board of Directors.
