Alkhayyat has been leading the Jeddah Second Health Cluster since 2023, overseeing a total of $4 billion in assets and 14,000 employees. The cluster comprises six hospitals and 38 primary healthcare centers with 1,965 beds. In April 2026, it partnered with Bayer Saudi Arabia to launch a transportation initiative for elderly patients and those with special needs to help them reach medical appointments. Alkhayyat is also a member of the University of Jeddah Health Committee.
