Martinez joined THC upon its launch in 2019 as COO and assumed his role as CEO in 2020. THC is a PIF company, serving as a commercial helicopter operator. It has over 60 aircraft across emergency medical services, aerial work, charters, and tourism. In 2026, THC signed a letter of intent with Bahrain’s Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications to introduce a helicopter service connecting Bahrain and Dammam and ordered eight additional Airbus H145 helicopters under its 2024 agreement with Airbus for up to 120 aircraft. Martinez is also a board member at Rotortrade and Heliconia Group, both are THC subsidiaries.
