Waha Capital entered a cooperation agreement with Abu Dhabi’s Authority of Social Contribution (Ma’an) in 2025 to help support the emirate’s sustainable social development goals. In 2025, Waha Capital deployed up to 1% of its 2024 net profit toward CSR initiatives under a shareholder resolution and relied on a 60% carbon-free energy mix at its office building. Al Nowais is concurrently managing director of AMEA Power, and executive director of AlNowais Investments Company. Al Nowais assumed his current role in 2023.
