IHCC incorporates waste minimization, sustainable materials, and energy-efficient technologies across its project phases. By October 2025, IHCC’s sustainability arm, GREENER, had installed more than 1,000 EV chargers across Saudi projects, including Diriyah Gate and NEOM. In 2026, GREENER became a GBCI-designated LEED Residential Provider, enabling it to support green-building certification for housing projects. IHCC also lists its Red Sea InterContinental resort as LEED Platinum certified. Batterjee also founded Lifestyle Developers and GREENER by IHCC.
