In 2025, SODIC’s 499 kWp solar farm supplied over half of Club S’s electricity, and it completed VYE Hub’s photovoltaic façade. At VYE, it is developing a rooftop solar project of around 2 MWp across 400 homes, projected to generate 3.5 GWh annually. SODIC also partnered with LAYN on 3D concrete printing, which could cut construction emissions by up to 35%, and expanded EV charging.
