Terra Tech builds critical electric mobility and battery-swapping infrastructure to electrify regional logistics. In 2025, it partnered with Amazon on fleet electrification, targeting 20% of its delivery vehicles to avoid 6,768 tonnes of annual CO₂ emissions in Dubai, while integrating electric bikes into Careem's last-mile network. It also partnered with Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority to launch public swapping infrastructure across 36 locations, and with ADNOC Distribution to launch Abu Dhabi’s first battery-swapping station for electric motorbikes. It is currently deploying with ENOC Group on-site battery-swapping stations across the UAE.
