In 2025, Tadweer Group collected more than 9.3 million tonnes of waste and diverted approximately 3.5 million tonnes from disposal, increasing its waste-diversion rate from 34.3% in 2024 to 37.7%. It diverted 99.1% of hazardous waste from landfill and treated 35.9% of non-hazardous waste. By the end of 2025, Tadweer had deployed 47 recycling and material collection centers, collecting over 285,000 kg of recyclable materials. In July 2026, Tadweer and ADIB partnered to recycle the bank’s end-of-life IT assets through Tadweer’s e-waste recovery subsidiary, Enviroserve. Petit assumed his role in March 2026.
