The Yousuf M.A. Naghi & Sons Group was founded in 1911, when Mohamed Abdulwahab Naghi began a small distribution business in Jeddah. Today, it operates in fast-moving consumer goods, transportation, automotive, and financial services. In August 2024, Saudi Arabia-based mobility services provider Lumi signed an agreement with Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the business automotive arm, to add Ankai buses to Lumi’s rental fleet. In November 2024, the group formed Jiad International Holding Company to manage its investments and boost growth in its key sectors.
