Alesayi Holding began in 1945 as a textile business. Today, it operates in engineering & technology, real estate, trade & retail, electronics, investment, finance, and consumer trading. In January 2025, it partnered with Accor to develop Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah (MGallery Collection), due to open in 2028, and Alesayi Electronics teamed with Hoover to expand home‑appliance offerings in Saudi Arabia.
