Founded in 1965 by Ali Ibrahim Almajdouie, the group began as a land‑transport service and expanded into logistics, automotive, manufacturing, financing, investment, and training. It now has offices across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, North America, Europe, East Asia, and Africa. In October 2024, Almajdouie Logistics merged with CEVA Logistics; its travel arm Arjaa merged with ATPI in December 2024.
