Patel joined Adecco in 2007 and assumed his current role in 2024. In November 2024, the group expanded its operations into Saudi Arabia, marking its most significant market entry in decades. Patel is also the vice chairman of the Staffing Business Group at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Swiss Business Council, the Turkish Business Council, and the Indian Business & Professional Council in the U.A.E.
