Kvålseth became Group CEO of Beyon in 2024. Subsidiaries include Batelco by Beyon, Beyon Solutions, Beyon Money, Beyon Cyber, and Beyon Connect. In November 2025, Beyon opened its second, fully solar-powered data center – Phase 3 of its Beyon Solar Park – with Almoayyed Solar. In the first nine months of 2025, Beyon generated revenues of $971.6 million and had total assets of $3.4 billion. Kvålseth chairs Beyon’s Digital City Company and Beyon Solutions and serves on the board of Beyon subsidiaries Batelco Financial Services, Beyon Money Investments, and Beyon Connect.
