Shahin became CEO of ADHDS in January 2024. Under his leadership, ADHDS developed the Population Health Intelligence platform, an AI system designed to predict and enable proactive health interventions. ADHDS operates Malaffi, the region’s first health information exchange platform, connecting public and private healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi. In 2025, ADHDS, partnered with G42's Presight and Jordan’s ministries of health and digital economy and entrepreneurship to launch Jordan's first Digital Health Center. Shahin also serves as Chief Digital Officer of M42 Group.
