Anwar assumed his current position in 2025, having first joined the company in 2022. Acquired by G42 in 2024, CPX provides cyber and physical security solutions. CPX has worked closely with the U.A.E. Cyber Security Council since 2025, forming partnerships, such as with Rilian Technologies to establish a National OT Security Operations Center, and having launched UAEComply.360° in October. Anwar is an expert advisory board member at 33N Ventures, and he participated in the World Economic Forum’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook 2026, published in January 2026. He was previously Group Chief Information Officer at G42 before joining CPX.
