Hussain Binghatti Aljbori is the founder and former chairman of Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Binghatti Properties. He founded the company in 2008 and grew it into one of the largest property developers in the United Arab Emirates; he owns 100%. Binghatti has launched branded luxury developments with automakers Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti and jeweler Jacob & Co. Binghatti Properties raised $500 million in Islamic bonds, called sukuk, in 2024. Binghatti's son Muhammad is now chairman of the company.
