Zaal cofounded Zaya in 2008, a boutique developer specializing in high-end real estate development and hospitality. The company has developed more than $6 billion worth of projects, with a portfolio that includes ZUHHA Island, Nurai Island, and Al Barari. She also serves on the board of FIVE Holdings and previously held the role of CEO at Al Barari Group.
