Al-Terkait joined the company as Chairman, assuming his current role as Vice Chairman & CEO in 2017. As of January 2026, Arkan Al Kuwait had 1,215 completed units, with 643 more under construction. In May 2025, Arkan Al Kuwait finalized the merger with AlOula Real Estate Company through a share-swap transaction, increasing total equity by $36 million. In its fiscal year ending October 2025, the company’s assets grew by 6% to $373 million. Al-Terkait is also Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Union Kuwait and Chairman of Osoul Investment Company.
