Jaber founded GJ Properties in 2014 and, as its CEO, has overseen the completion of more than 3,450 units, with a pipeline of 10 new projects scheduled for delivery by 2028. These include the ultra-luxury Biltmore Hotel and Residences in Dubai, which is set for completion in the first half of 2027.
