In February 2025, through its Frimex unit, HSA acquired a 60% stake in Gulf Neo Care in Saudi Arabia, marking its entry into healthcare. In June 2025, Arma Group began operations at Egypt-based Bisco Misr after finalizing its acquisition from Kellanova. In 2026, the group launched Silk Links in Egypt, offering digital FMCG distribution and logistics services, with planned GCC expansion.
