Al Badr has been in her current position since 2024. At the end of 2025, the Zayed International Airport (AUH) hosted the Nomad Art Fair in Terminal 1 targeting high-net-worth individuals. AUH collaborated with Chanel up to January 2026, to install a 12-meter mirrored Christmas tree. Under Al Badr’s leadership, Abu Dhabi Airports recorded one of the fastest LinkedIn growth rates among airports in the Middle East over the past two years, becoming the region’s second most followed airport account on the platform.
