Arora assumed his current position in 2021. Between 2025-2026, Mansour Automotive Group doubled its brand portfolio from four to eight OEM partnerships, becoming the exclusive partner for BYD, SOUEAST, Cadillac, and IM. In November 2025, the group broke ground on a $150 million eco-friendly car plant in Egypt. The facility will produce 50,000 hybrid and electric vehicles annually in its first phase, creating up to 10,000 jobs, and is set to double capacity to 100,000 vehicles annually by 2032. Arora is a board member of MANTRAC and MANSCO, among others.
