Aljarallah founded the group in 2006. In 2025, the group announced a $1.87 billion expansion plan to reach 15 hospitals, with a capacity of 4,000 beds, by 2030. As of June 2026, it had inaugurated Hayat National Hospital in Riyadh’s Ghirnatah District and Muhayil Aseer Governorate, alongside two primary care centers in Sabya and Al-Kharj. It also signed an MoU with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2026 to develop nursing schools in Saudi Arabia.
