Since 2005, Zanubia has supported her mother, Zulekha Daud, who founded the group after moving to the UAE in 1964 and currently serves as its chair. Taher joined the group in 1992. Zulekha Hospital Dubai launched an advanced Emergency Unit in 2026 and implemented Leon MRI-compatible anesthesia workstations in its facilities across Dubai and Sharjah.
