Saba cofounded Axios International in 1997 and has been CEO since 1999. In 2025-26, Axios expanded its digital and analytics capabilities, strengthening its data science function and infrastructure to transform real-world patient assistance program data into predictive access insights that optimize patient access to medicines. Saba is also an infectious disease physician and launched the world’s first access program during the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the early 1990s.
