Al Nassar became the group CEO of HMG in 2023. As of H1 2026, the group had over 25 medical facilities, 6,200 physicians, and 50 pharmacies. In H1 2026, the group made $2 billion in revenues and had $6.6 billion in assets. Al Nassar first joined HMG as the CFO in 2011. He is also a member of the Saudi Health Council, among many other roles.
