Nazer joined Bupa Arabia in 2002 and has served as CEO and managing director since 2008. In June 2025, its Bupa CareConnect subsidiary launched field-based clinics in Mina during Hajj, and in December it opened Bupa Arabia’s first integrated physical clinic in Riyadh. In H1 2026, the company recorded around $2.8 billion in insurance revenues and had $4.8 billion in assets. Nazer also chairs Cool Inc. and Najm Company for Insurance Services and serves as vice chairman of Nazer Group.
