Saeed joined Rafed in 2021 and became CEO in 2022. In 2025, Rafed, a PureHealth subsidiary, became the designated distributor for the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi’s (DoH) Unified Procurement Program (UPP) and operationalized GSK’s first vaccine distribution hub in the Middle East at KEZAD in Abu Dhabi, developed in collaboration with AD Ports Group, Etihad Cargo, DoH, and more. Saeed previously held senior leadership roles at Unilever and IFFCO Group.
