AlSubaie joined the Saudi Ministry of Health in 2020 and has led the establishment, development, and expansion of SVH since 2022. SVH has since expanded into a nationwide virtual care network connecting 242 hospitals and providing services across 48 core specialties and 68 subspecialties, with an annual capacity exceeding 597,000 beneficiaries. In 2025, more than 17.1 million virtual healthcare services were delivered through virtual care channels. SVH was recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest virtual healthcare provider. AlSubaie also led collaborations with hospitals in Syria and Uzbekistan and the development of Saudi Arabia’s remote robotic surgery ecosystem.
