Al Jaber assumed her position in 2023. She leads the Imperial College London Diabetes and Endocrine Centre, HealthPlus Family Clinic, HealthPlus Diabetes and Endocrinology Center, Diaverum UAE and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi. In 2026, Imperial College London Diabetes and Endocrine Centre opened a diabetes and endocrinology centre to enhance patient access and capacity at Yas West. In June 2026, it implemented AI-driven, smart IDS devices for diabetes. Al Jaber is also president of the National Anti-Doping Agency of the UAE and a committee member of the Emirati Women Chapter.
