Alshahrani has led the Jazan Health Cluster since 2023, overseeing a total of $1.5 billion in assets and 16,926 employees. The cluster includes 21 hospitals, 26 specialized centers, and 174 primary healthcare centers among other facilities, with a total of 2,865 beds. Between 2025 and the first half of 2026, the cluster implemented 12 infrastructure and facility development projects. Alshahrani is also the general director of the Jazan Specialized Hospital.
