Alyousuf joined iO Health as CEO and board member in 2023. In October 2025, iO Health signed an agreement with Claritev to exclusively license, integrate, and resell iO Health’s Optima AI platform in the MENA region. In the same month, the Saudi Ministry of Health announced Cortex, a cognitive AI platform built with iO Health and Lean Business Services to enable data-driven decision-making and connected care. Alyousuf previously led the healthcare division at Al-Futtaim Group, and served as CEO of Health Funding at the Dubai Health Authority.
