Al-Hibshi became the CEO of the Jeddah First Health Cluster in 2021. He oversees 9,716 employees. The cluster comprises six hospitals, with a total of 1,161 beds, and 56 primary healthcare centers. Its most recent launch was the Al-Leith hospital in February 2026 on the Red Sea. It also opened three new primary healthcare centers between December 2025 and March 2026. Al-Hibshi is also an orthopedic surgeon at King Abdulaziz University Hospital and the International Medical Centre in Jeddah.
