Al-Emadi assumed his current role in 2013. Formerly known as Al-Ahli Specialized Hospital, the group develops and operates hospitals and clinics, including Al-Ahli Hospital, Al-Ahli Center for Healthy Nutrition (Hemya), and Al-Ahli Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Center (Raya). In June 2025, Medicare Group signed a partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation to expand healthcare access for Qatari citizens. In H1 2026, the company had $374 million in assets and generated $66 million in revenues.
