Hamdan assumed her position with Terumo in January 2026 where she covers the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, Eastern Europe, and Russia. She is leading the business in emerging markets covering 72 countries, and a network of 110 channel partners. Hamdan previously held leadership roles with Zimmer Biomet, Becton Dickinson, Medtronic, Abbott, and Novartis Pharma across emerging markets. She is also a board member of Mecomed, and the founder and chairwoman of Women in Medtech—MENA.
