Harfouche joined MCN, part of IPG, in 2011 to lead operations across MENAT, overseeing 15 agency networks. In 2022, his remit expanded to McCann Worldgroup APAC, where he currently leads a team of over 4,000 people. In July 2024, the company launched McCann Content Studios, which today has 110 clients. He is also an advisory board member at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School for Communication at the American University in Dubai and the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation.
