Al Gebely founded ONE Development in 2023. The company held a $1.2 billion project pipeline as of January 2026. A strong start to 2025 saw it sell over 555 units worth $167 million in Q1, before it launched DO Dubai Islands with Amr Diab — AI-powered musical hotel apartments merging music and wellness — and expanded into Egypt with its flagship hospitality concept, DO New Cairo. In Q4 2025, it launched ONE Residence on Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island. Al Gebely is also the Managing Director of EHC Investment, the Vice-Chairman of the Al Fanar Gas Group.
