Al Shehhi became CEO of A.R.M. Holding in 2019, overseeing a diversified portfolio that includes HUNA, Dubai Real Estate Centre (DREC) and HIVE. It is currently developing a landmark five-square-kilometer urban transformation of the Jebel Ali Racecourse in collaboration with BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group. In May 2025, the group launched ENTA Mina, a waterfront residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, with RAK Properties. Al Shehhi is the Vice Chairman of the National Media Authority and a board member and General Manager of the Emirates Racing Authority.
